Carly Fisher is a certified Pilates instructor based in New York City, offering private, virtual, and group studio sessions. Blending classical foundations with contemporary techniques, she helps clients of all levels and capabilities build meaningful mind-body connections that carry beyond the studio.

Sessions are designed to enhance mental health, stamina, and overall performance, addressing individual needs like "tech neck," postural misalignment, back pain, weak wrists, tight hamstrings, injury prevention and recovery to improve flexibility, focus, and energy while delivering an effective sweat, shake, and burn.​​

 

She obtained certification through Core Pilates NYC with over 600+ hours in comprehensive training, including certifications in pre- and post-natal Pilates and special populations, and continuing education at Equinox in New York City, where she worked as an instructor. ​

Outside the studio, Carly is a writer and author of "Easy Weekend Getaways in the Hudson Valley & Catskills." She lives in the West Village of New York City where she bangs away on her laptop, mentors emerging writers at 826NYC, and still gets lost on purpose.
